The Contract Support portfolio encompasses sub-functions and resources that support various “all of contract” deliverables – including Assurance, Performance, Reporting, Business Improvement & Stakeholder Relations. 
The Business Improvement & Stakeholder Relations sub-function focusses on driving the end-to-end delivery of key projects and tasks linked to clear, prioritised business objectives – whilst ensuring that the stakeholders impacted by these tasks are effectively engaged and supported throughout the project/task delivery. 
Responsibilities will include end-to-end delivery of a wide variety of business initiatives, including:

  • Requirements and benefits capture
  • Business case definition and promotion
  • Mobilisation, including resource identification, assignment of roles, etc.
  • Project design and execution
  • Reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Closure activities, including lessons learned and benefits realisation.
  • Support innovation, change and improvements projects
  • Responsible for assisting services in delivering assurance and/or compliance obligations

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in within an innovative and productive team  (health care or hospitality sector is preferred)
  • The ability to collate information from various sources to produce high quality briefing notes/business cases.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement which results in positive change in the workplace and service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a working environment that promotes a strategic approach
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to produce easily understood documents which meet the needs of their intended purpose and audience

Desirable

  • Process improvement qualifications (e.g. Yellow Belt)
  • Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2)
