This involves...

Maintaining safety

Conduct headcounts, searches, inspections, and address behaviours early to ensure a secure environment.

Support rehabilitation

Encourage inmates to engage in education and programs designed to help them reintegrate into the society.

Welfare & support

Help create a positive environment by engaging with inmates, provide support, de-escalate conflicts, and address concerns.

Reporting

Provide clear and detailed reports that help monitor inmate behaviour, track incidents, and maintain a secure environment.

No prior experience? No worries.

We’ll train you from day 1, ensuring you're supported for the journey ahead.

Have experience? Even better.

We value your expertise. If you’re an experienced Custodial Officer, we’ll review your background and adjust the training duration to save you time.
