In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of the HR Connect team providing consistent and accurate HR administrative and advisory services across the entire employee life cycle. You will collaborate and support both stakeholders and HR Business Partners to promptly resolve various HR challenges and matters.
Your role includes supporting FSH leaders in:
- Interpreting industrial instruments.
- Executing policies and procedures.
- Assisting in change managing processes.
- Administering position management processes.
- Managing fitness for work processes.
- Assisting in the resolution of grievances.
- Managing a portfolio of diverse stakeholders; and
- Ensuring compliance with standards and KPI’s.

Your ideal skills and experience
- Demonstrated HR experience (preferably in a HR administration, HR officer or HR consultant position)
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships
- High proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn multiple new systems
- Coachable, flexible and pragmatic problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables
