As an Industries Manager in our Justice team, you’ll play a key role in leading a large team to drive business growth, oversee production goals, and create a safe, inclusive workplace. You’ll support inmate training and ensure compliance with safety, security, and legislative standards while fostering a high-performing and culturally sensitive environment.
As an Industries Manager , you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Leading and mentoring a diverse team to foster an engaging and inclusive workplace
- Driving business development by identifying opportunities and working with external stakeholders
- Overseeing operations to ensure production goals, safety, and compliance with legislative standards
- Managing security risks, conducting investigations, and exceeding WHS requirements
- Fostering integrity, cultural awareness, and a high-performance environment for both staff and those in our care

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams
- A background in business development and stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing operations, safety, and compliance in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Extensive experience in business development and team leadership
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (Exposure to trades is highly desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Desired)
- Certificate in Correctional Practice or willingness to obtain
