Tindal Health Centre is located at RAAF Base Tindal, 15km outside Katherine, and 320km south-east of Darwin. The health centre provides general medical, aviation medical, nursing, physiotherapy and mental health services. depending on role requirements, and a half day 7:30 – 13:30 Friday.
About The Role:
- Working Hours – Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:00

Primary Duties:
- Perform intake assessments and risk assessments
- Providing crisis intervention
- Case formulation and treatment planning
- Provide programmatic treatment interventions
- Care coordination planning
- Assisting with medication management
- Conduct group psycho-education
Mandatory Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist
- Minimum of 2 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) Post Graduate Experience in the last 5 years, undertaking comprehensive mental health assessments and delivering evidence based 'Focussed Psychological Strategies' as defined under the Medicare Schedule

You must be an Australian Citizen to obtain the required Baseline Security Clearance for this role.
