As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant , you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Utilising state of the art search tools and professional networking platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Proactively headhunt healthcare professionals for both current and future roles in remote and challenging locations.
- Creating and maintaining detailed spreadsheets and reports to document findings, monitor recruitment progress and provide data driven updates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify and secure the best fit candidates.
- Ensuring a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience at every step.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Proven expertise in sourcing and headhunting GPs in regional and remote locations.
- An established network of contacts in the General Practitioner space.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in healthcare, defence, or specialist.
- Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms, social recruiting tools, and search strings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- A proactive, driven mindset with the ability to work independently and solve challenges.
